So excited to share the growth of my NYC adult Ballet Fitness business, The Ballet Spot! We now have 6 teachers and 8 classes per week! You can also follow along with our 30 minute Ballet Workouts on YouTube. No prior dance experience is needed for any of our classes or home workouts.
